A. THE RATE
1. The rental rate depends on the season and the number of requested nights
2. It is variable: from 60 Euro to 150 Euro/day
3. We make special prices per week and per month.
B. THE BOOKING PROCEDURE
1. Send us your request with : the date of the Check-in/Check -out, the number or nights, number of guests, in LeLouvre  in LesFusains in RueChappe in EiffelTower in RueCustine or 1 of our other apartments
2. We will answer with the confirmation of the availability and the rate for the period you request for
3. If you agree, You will then send us a down payment
4. On reception of your down payment the apartment will be booked for You.
5. Do it ASAP we have often  several requests for the same period.
C. THE DOWN PAYMENT PROCEDURE
1. The reservation payment is of 150 Euro per week (250 in high periods).
2. One Month before the check-in 50%of the rental price should be transfered to us by Paypal or Western Union. ATTENTION! The reservation is considered as finalized only after the payment of  50% of the rental price. 
3. We accept Western Union, MoneyGram and PayPal down payments
'. Western Union is a Postal Payment in the USA and 150 countries
5. MoneyGram is available in Thomas Cook,  travel offices and banks.
-. You can use the PayPal (web) money transfer as it is explained hereafter
7. Once the down payment received we send you the receipt  eMail,  we sign the contract the day of your arrival.
D. THE PayPal PAYMENT PROCEDURE (web direct)
How to use PayPal??
  a) Read this page and the description of the apartment before the reservation! 
  b) When you proceed we consider that you agree on all the conditions herein.  
  c) Enter the date of your Check-in & Check-out (ex:15/JUN/2005-20/JUN/2005
  d) Select the apartment  (Les Fusains, RueChappe, EiffelTower, RueCustine..)
  e) On the next page the number of requested weeks will be asked.
  f) The total requested amount will be NbrOfWeeks*150Euro

For the satisfaction of our guests our Rental Price is ALL INCLUDED:
All taxes, Cleaning fee (1h), Check-IN (1h), Linens(1 set per bed), Towels (1 towel per Guest), Electricity (20kwh/day) all the furniture and amenities you need.
Our Apartments are designed to offer high confort at very optimised prices, to do not request you to pay unnecessary services. They are based on our long experinece and analysis of our Guests needs. In 90% of cases our Guests do not request for additional services and then the Price stays as it was originaly defined. In some cases additional services are requested You will find some of them hereafter.

 1) CHECK IN
a) You are greeted for the Check-In from 2 to 8PM
b) The Welcome Agent performs with you the following procedure:
- welcome you directly at the apartment
- sign (or just check) the short term rental contract with you
- receive the balance of the rental cost (in CASH only)
- receive the security deposit 350Euros/apartment (CASH returned on check out)
- receive the photocopy of the photo page of your passport and check with the contract
- give you the key only once he will complete the procedure.
c) Attention:
- the 1st hour of the Check-in assistant's time is included in the rental fee (between 2PM and 8PM only). For additional hours or after 8PM, 20Euros per hour will be requested. So
- be sure that you have everything mentionned herein before to enter the apartment.
- if you are delayed let us know ASAP about it. We will inform the The Welcome Agent ( +33607637712 or +33672863409). In any case call from the airport or 50km fromParis.
- in some cases early (before 2PM) check-ins are possible but please request it on reservatrion
d) Extended Services
We will be glad to help you with our extended services:
- Special Check in Assistant, Speaking your language (English, French, German,Polish) and able to help you in the design of your stay (planning of your visits, information about what to do in in Paris, where to go, help in your reservations, rentals...
- A guided, private tour of your choice in a High Confort Car (7 sits Pajero): Paris (3h), Paris by Night (3h), Castels arround Paris (1day), Castels of Loire (1 or 2 days), Mont SaintMichel ..)
- Set of Best French Products : Wine, Cheese, Paté, Foie Gras, delicious Jam, natural Soap.. This Gastronomic Tour de France will be much cheaper, more authentic and better than what you can find in local shops for equivalent quality.
- Rental of Mobile Phone, Car ..., Opera, Thaeater ... Tickets ..
- Rental of Air Condition Unit (request with the reservation : 100Euros/week/room)
- Airport trip (on departure)
- Parking place (Closed private Box) for 100Euros a week

Please fill in the following CHECK-IN FORM (click here) at least 2 weeks before your arrival in one of our apartments.

 2) CHECK OUT
a) Your are welcome to Check-Out before 11AM
b) Please let the apartment as clean as it was when you entered: empty and clean fridge, garbage, toilet, kitchen, rooms ..We clean the apartment anyhow but only a 1h cleaning-fee is included. In case of dirty apartment a 50Euro Cleaning fee is requested.
c) Please let the key on the kitchen table before to leave.
d) We will return the Security Deposit by PayPal or WesternUnion (for Non Paypal Countries only) once the apartment will be checked.
e) You can receive your Security Deposit during the Check-Out but then you we will have to apply for the assisted Check-Out (50euros).
f) Sometimes a late Check-Out is possible: request on reservation

3) OTHER RENTAL RULES
 a) The telephone line and the Internet access have to be requested with the reservation.
 b) The number of guests has to be equal or inferior to the number declared in your request.
 c) As in other hotels our insurance does not cover your valuables.Please close the door and windows when you leave the apartment!!
 d) As it is guaranteed to our guests, Smoking is Strictly Forbidden. A special cleaning fee (200Euro cleaning performed by a specialised company) will be requested if  we can feel smoke from cigarettes on your departure.
e) The noise is strongly controled in Paris. And most of buildings are Old and not well insulated but nice. So Pease be as quied as possible (nomally).
f) The water heating is permanent but if you take a very long shower the next hot shower will be available after 30min. In any case do not change the Hot Water temperature regulation on the heater, it can be dangerous. Allways test the the temperature of water and addjuste it with the tap before you enter the shower.
g) The cost of the electricity for the heating and the Air Conditon (on demand) is included in the rental fee (20kwh/day). If you let the window open and the heating ON during the winter the consumption can reach more than 20kwh/day. Then we request 0,2Euros/kwh.
h) If you had to cancel your reservation do it ASAP. We will refound your reservation only if we rent the canceled period to another guest.

We are the owners of these apartments and rent them for several years on short term rental bases. We also live in Montmartre not far from Rue Chappe and Villa des Fusains. We can help you to find all the best places to visit, good restaurants.. Our apartments are also proposed by several official agencies.
