CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
- Payment of an instalment of 20% with
the bulletin of reservation dated and signed that we will send to you.

Payment of the balance at the latest, 30 days before the beginning of the stay.
- The insurance civil Liability Head of
Household is compulsory and is to be addressed with of remnants regulation at
the latest.

Stay of Saturday at (exceptionally Saturday of Sunday at Sunday if
availability)

Arrival after 14 h., departure before 11 a.m. Saturdays. - The keys will be
given to you on the spot or by mail.

Inventory of fixtures to your arrival and your departure. A cheque of guarantee
of 200 euros will be requested to you from the beginning of your stay and will
be restored at the time of your departure.

Fixed price of complete cleaning obligatory per external service of 50€ (to be
given on the spot at the end of the stay)

No visitor's tax

The code of the gate will be
communicated to you by e-mail.
THE ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE RESIDENCE.
